GRILLING OVER CHARCOAL IS THE WAY OF AMAZON STATE
At the core of our kitchen lies a hand made state of the art Josper Grill. This charcoal grill delivers
intense heat and open flame essential for infusing our meats and seafood.
We age our meats for 6 weeks and then cook them in the Josper Grill which provides for a perfect
sear and tenderness ready to enjoy!

Cuisine options include handmade pastas, Josper cooked inhouse aged meats, lobster and caviar bumps, freshly made Burratas and much more.
Champagne & Oysters
Contemporary and moody – Remy’s in the basement level is the perfect venue for smaller functions. The interior design creates a cocoon like atmosphere that offers that “wow factor” when your guests arrive.
Featuring locally sourced fresh oysters, seafood and caviar dishes to name a few, complimented by a local and imported champagne and wine selection.
Restaurant & Balcony
